Q: Where is Deparis Resort located on Boracay?
A: Deparis Resort is located in the very center of the world famous Boracay White Beach. Everything that Boracay offers is right here within steps, such as restaurants, nightclubs, shopping, water sports, island hopping trips, sailing trips, or just relaxing on the private Deparis beach area. We are right in the heart of all the action!
Q: What is the earliest I can Check In? How about Check Out?
A: Standard Check In time is 2:00 pm, while Check Out time is 12:00 noon. Early check in/late check out is subject to availability and shall incur additional charges of PhP 300/hour. Please indicate your estimated time of arrival (ETA) and departure (ETD) when making a booking and contact the Reservations Desk for special arrangements.
Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?
A: Yes, all rooms at Deparis Beach Resort are non-smoking. There are, however, outdoor sitting areas per room where Guests may smoke.
Q: How often do you clean rooms and when do you change linens?
A: All rooms come with door signs to indicate to our housekeeping staff if you would like your room cleaned or made up. This is generally done daily between 8am to 4pm. Linens and bath towels are changed every other day. Beach towels are provided separately at the Front Desk.
Q: Do you have a restaurant?
A: Yes, we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant. For breakfast, we have breakfast platters inclusive of coffee/hot chocolate/fresh fruit juice. For lunch and snacks, you may choose from an assortment of dishes from the ala carte menu. For dinner, go ala carte or try our sumptuous dinner buffet with a fresh salad selection, soup, starters, fresh seafood (crabs, mussels, shrimp, oysters, fish), meat and vegetable dishes, pasta, dessert and bottomless iced tea. Dining by the beach is from 6:00 until 11:00 pm.
Q: Do you have room service?
A: No, all meals and drinks are served in the restaurant and bar. You may, however, take these to your room should you prefer.
Q: How close are you to the shops? How about restaurants?
A: We are located in the middle of Boracay, Station 2 where shopping centres, shops, restaurants, clubs and bars are a mere few minutes walk. D’Mall is 3 to 5 minutes away on foot. There are dozens of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk.
Boracay is a gastronomical smorgasbord of local and international cuisine. Our own Restaurant offers French, Thai, Filipino and other international dishes. If you’d like to taste other culinary delights, go for a leisurely walk by the front beach to discover nearby restaurants. Our friendly Front Desk Officers shall be pleased to point you to the right direction to suit your food cravings.
Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?
A: Yes, there is internet connection throughout the property. Please connect to the Deparis network and use the same credentials provided by the Front Desk.
Q: Can I bring guests to my room?
A: Yes, but maximum occupancy shall be applied and overnight stays in excess of stated number of persons shall be charged accordingly.
Q: What is your Modification and Cancellation Policy?
A: Modifications may be made at least fifteen (15) days prior to Check In Date but subject to availability and may incur additional charges based on room classification and occupancy. All cancellations shall be charged one (1) night as Cancellation Fee. If cancellation is made fifteen (15) days or earlier, the remainder of the confirmation deposit shall be then refunded. Bank and transfer fees, if any, shall be deducted from the refundable amount. If cancellation is made fourteen (14) days or less, the remaining amount is non-refundable but reusable for future bookings subject to availability and prevailing rates at the time of booking. The same shall be applied for No Show and Shortened Stay.
Q: How do I confirm a reservation?
A: A 50% deposit of total charges is required for us to guarantee your booking. Payment options are either cash or credit card. For cash deposits, you may choose from our corporate accounts:

Q: How do I know if my deposit went through?
A: Please email us a copy of the deposit slip if payment was made by bank deposit so we may verify payment. Guests shall then receive a confirmation email from the Reservations Desk containing details of the booking.
Q: What additional charges should I watch out for?
A: All inclusions shall be indicated in your booking summary and confirmation so please read through carefully. Use of beach beds, chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels are free for hotel guests. Rooms come with travel-sized soaps, toilet paper and bath towels. Towels and bed linens are changed every other day but may be done daily upon request and with additional charges. Extra pillow, blanket, mattress, and additional room occupant(s) shall likewise incur additional charges, as are stained or damaged room items as per advisories found in rooms.
